That was THE BEST gluten free pizza I've ever had! THE BEST! Most pizza places I've frozen gluten free crusts - this was fresh made. Couldn't be happier!

Love the gluten free pizza (side note; there's no need to order extra cheese) but the "garlic knots" no longer appeal to me. They are too chewy and not very garlicky. Kinda tasteless. The first time we ate there a couple years ago they were really good. Whatever they changed, they should go back.

Amazing Food! Stopped for dinner on our way through VA. Ordered the Eggplant Parmesan and it was fantastic! The restaurant was clean and had a great ambiance! Service was on point and super fast!

We had take out. Chicken Cesear Salad and Philly Cheese Steak. The food is very good. Wait time was fine (15 mins - just what we were told). Close to the hotel. Friendly service too.

This is amazing restaurant, and is hands down the best Italian in Harrisonburg. The garlic knots they give you at the table are THE BOMB! The portions here are HUGE and the wine selection is quite a reasonable size. The service is always in point, and if you're looking for either a high end (put not fine) dining experience, go here!

Fabulous food, for small intimate dinner or a medium size event. The back room is delightful with beautiful furnishings and lots of room at and around the table.

Food is great. Went because kids eat free Wednesdays. Do the right thing and tip at least what you saved with the kids meal. They are saving you money so share it with those who need it.

Excellent Service, AMAZING AUTHENTIC italian! Clams and linguine spot on, bread amazing and great service. Also admitted our service dog no problems.

This was a lovely place. Emily, our server, was excellent. Generous portions of great food with complimentary garlic knots. We split the chicken parmesan and still walked out full. Highly recommended.

The service was good, the food was meh. The famed garlic knots were...knot very good. The only garlic flavor was in the otherwise flavorless oil they are doused with not incorporated into the dough. Our particular basket was not warm. The Caesar salad was ok but nothing special. The pasta was cooked well (not over-cooked) but the vodka sauce was over salted and not as creamy as I'd expect. The prices were reasonable, however, so our overall experience was... pretty okay.

Excellent pizza! Get The Verdi and the Bianca. Gluten free pizzas are good as far as gf pizza goes. All the pasta options are good too, I especially like the stuffed shells. Friendly and capable staff. Happy hour beer specials are the best deal in town. Overall awesome place to eat and drink. Outdoor seating available. Parking lot gets very full at busy times.

Pizza was quite yummy and rivals Benny Sorrentino's for top pizza in the Burg. A real positive for Vito's is the free garlic knots they bring you. While a bit doughy, they are tasty. And free.

Incredible Italian food at a great price! They have great pizza and garlic knots but my personal favorite is their pasta. They have great service and specials for college students as well. Thanks Vito's we'll be coming back for more!

4 of us ordered 4 different dishes and shared them all. Everything was awesome. Pasta was done perfectly and the sauces were so flavorful.

Good service and good food. Thank goodness we had a reservation for 6pm. We walked in at 5:55pm and they did not have an empty table accept for the one they had ready for our reservation. If not for the reservation, we would have waited for upwards to an hour to be seated. We had a 4 year old that the waitress brought a ball of dough to play with and kept him entertained.

It’s always excellent. I celebrate every big occasion here, and I haven’t had anything on the menu I didn’t like. Vito is the best!

This is a wonderful, family owned restaurant, owned and operated by a " true Italian" guy named Vito ! Stop here for food and drink when travelling through this great college town. It's easy to find from Rt 33 or from I-81

Great little Italian place! I ordered the build your own pizza with meatballs and pepperoni and it was fantastic. Pizza serving size is enough for two, or for one person to munch on and take the rest home. Complimentary garlic knots are included with every meal, and those were delicious as well. Service was quick, and our waitress was very attentive and fun to talk to. Will gladly come back here next time I'm in town.

Vito's has the best Italian food in Harrisonburg! They always have great specials and I've always received amazing service. Me and my family like the make your own pizza kits to take to-go as well as dining in when we have the time. Awesome atmosphere and food, highly recommend for a bite to eat!

Great place for a diverse crowd. My Italian, Venezuelan, Virginian, and vegan gluten free friends all enjoyed their meals! Yay, something for everyone with great service and a nice family atmosphere.

Garlic knots were decent, bruschetta was better, but nothing beats the salmon over the spinach. Best meal I've had in awhile. On my list to visit again when I'm in the area.

Our family had a rare opportunity for all of us to get together in Harrisonburg. After the James Madison Football game we all met at Vito's. We have been here several times before because we have always had a great visit there.Today was no different, the waitress was terrific and the food is just simply out of this world. I had their shrimp marinara over noodles for the first time and loving every bite!There was a total of 8 people and a one year old and the waitress kept all of us smiling and more importantly eating and drinking. Needless to say I highly recommend this place for a wonderful evening of dinner with the family.

Food was excellent. Service was "spotty". Waited forever for drinks, supposedly waiters computer did not message the bar?? Salad served just before main course and only when we asked?? Server was very pleasant, perhaps new on the job.

Nice relaxed place for dinner. Staff were friendly and efficient. Food was good — especially the complimentary dough knots that arrived with our drinks. Portions were a good size. The decor is bright and cheerful, with Italian themed walls. Some of the table covers were a bit worn, but this is family dining, not an expensive restaurant, and it was clean so it was fine.

One of the best lasagnas I've ever had. If I lived in the area, I'd this place would be a favorite of mine. They have a lot of GF items too. Great find.
